DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan offers 3 replacements in two years. You can have your product replaced at a small additional cost if an accident occurs. For Osmo Action 3, the first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is 19 eur, the second replacement fee is 29 eur, and the third replacement fee is 39 eur.
1. DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
· Brand new and unactivated product
· Handheld device activated within the last 30 days
If the product does not meet the above conditions, please apply for video verification or contact DJI Support to send the product back. DJI Care Refresh can be purchased within 72 hours of receiving the purchasing notice.
2. DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it was purchased. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region to enjoy the full-service benefits.
